WATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS refers to several forms and methods which can and will likely be used for organizing the collection of water, cleaning of water, use of water, recycling of water, and it's reuse, over and over again, in the production of food, and for drinking and industrial uses.
PUT SIMPLY, these method systems are the mandatory foundations by which the EMPIRICAL ORDER shall seek to build and terraform vast stretchs of presently useless desert lands, and organize a BASE of operations from around this new farm land.
